Licence conditions (1)

The following non-standard timings shall apply in respect of the licensable activities applicable: One additional hour on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve; and weekends preceding Bank Holidays CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality and in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs including any future outside areas where the consumption of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above shall be placed in conspicuous positions. Staff shall be trained in asking customers to use the premises is orderly and respectful manner. Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed requesting customers to respect the needs of nearby residents. Staff shall be asked when arriving or leaving to conduct themselves in a manner so as to prevent disturbance to nearby residents. Customers shall not be admitted to the premises outside of opening hours. Lighting shall be positioned so as to not cause disturbance to nearby neighbours. Staff shall be trained with regard to requirements for establishment of age and identification. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 25 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol.
