General Conditions Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will not adopt any drink promotion activities that undermine a policy of responsible drinking - e.g. “happy hour” discounts.
The Licensee will ensure that toughened glass/plastic bottles are used where possible and impose restrictions on open bottles or other drinks being carried from the premises.
The Licensee will ensure that staff are given adequate and timely training on crime prevention.
The Licensee will ensure that staff make regular checks of public areas - toilets, etc. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that notices are displayed requesting customers to respect neighbours by leaving quietly.
The Licensee will ensure that there is a regular collection of waste from the premises.
The Licensee will ensure that glass bottles are disposed of at bottle recycle banks during the daytime.
The Licensee will ensure that doors and windows are kept closed to minimise noise if appropriate, especially during late evening.
The Licensee will ensure that deliveries of goods take place between 11:00 to 17:00 hrs. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that children under 16 years of age are accompanied by an adult.
The Licensee will ensure that a range of soft drinks are available.
