Licence conditions (3)

All alcohol must be locked away outside of operating hours with monitoring from the security team.2. Staff will be trained on Challenge 25 and the procedure of contacting supervisor or manager if they find that a customer is too intoxicated to be served and how they should handle the situation.3. We have a 24hr security team on Campus which is always available to attend in short notice any incidents that might occur. All staff are trained on induction on how to contact security both via the emergency number and the location of the security office. The unit has telephone facilities for staff to use if such occasion arises. All alcohol will be locked away outside of operating hours with unit been locked over-night with monitoring from the security team.
The venue will be monitored for capacity and limited by the manager on duty.
The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.6. The premises shall display prominent signage indicating that the Challenge 25 scheme is in operation.7. When the premises is being used to cater for Language School students in July and August, alcohol will not be sold and must be removed from the unit.8. Children to be present with an adult whilst the premises is operating during the day.
