Licence conditions (3)

The hall will open for licensable events at times and days which are at the discretion of the management committee.2. The Management Committee will ensure that the use of the hall does not conflict with the interests of residents.3. Where children are present at a licensable event, they will be supervised by their parents. When children use the hall they do so either with their parent or by attending an activity under the supervision of a responsible adult.4. There will be rules for centre lettings to ensure that hirers know what is expected of them.5. That the maximum occupancy of the centre is not exceeded.6. To ensure that any special equipment brought in for an event is safe and secure, and that electrical equipment is tested.7. The Centre to be kept well maintained and safe.8. To always use a risk assessed approach and have a long term strategy for keeping the Centre in good order.9. To keep external doors closed during any events which involve live or recorded music and/or alcohol.10. By making announcements we will urge Centre users to be considerate when leaving the centre and to not stand around outside talking during or after the event, and to close car doors quietly.,.
All external doors and windows (on the side facing residential properties) must be kept closed other than for access and egress, in all rooms where amplified sound is being played.2. Prominent and clear notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.3. Not more than 180 persons shall be allowed to be present on the premises in accordance with Drawing No. BEC/223/100 when it is being used for any purposes authorised by this Licence.2. Installation of a noise limiter to be affixed to any sound equipment on the premises complying with any statutory regulations and conditions which may be applicable.3.
