All Hirers are required to sign booking forms whick makes expilicit notes on behaviour, responsiblities etc.2. As a community Centre we take very seriously our reponsibilities to the local community. i.e. Service to the community takes priority over profit etc.The Addition of the Langham Commuinity shop to the Community Centre licence is to serve the community and persons attending the many activities that are carried out in the community centre on a daily basis.,.
CCTV is installed in the Langham Community Shop. Only a small selection of beer wines and spirits will be available.,.
Lighting, heating and fire prevention facilities to be checked annually.5. Emergency exit lighting is checked on a regular basis by a responsible person.6. All exits are kept clear at all times.7. The hall to be inspected regularly by the Chairman and other members of the committee and the manager to inform a responsible person of any problems which arise.8. The centre has been reviewed by the fire service and the manager provides verbal advice re fire exits equipment etc.9. First Aid products are available and contact numbers in case of emergency are provided including the Police number.,.

Children attending events at the hall to be accompanied by either their parents or another responsible adult. This is specifically mentioned in the booking conditions.13.
