Licence conditions (17)

The premises shall operate as a restaurant and bar where the sale of alcohol by retail shall be primarily to compliment the provision of food.
Off sales of alcohol are only permitted with a takeaway order or food of £15 minimum order value.
There shall be no new admissions to the premises after 00:00 hours.
The external area of the premises may only be used by persons seated at a table, for the avoidance of doubt, there will be no vertical drinking in this area.
The use of the external area for consumption will cease at 23:00 hours. After 23:00 hours the external area may be used for smoking only and customers shall not be permitted to take food, alcohol, bottles, or glasses into the area until close.
A member of staff to be on duty in the external area to ensure the licensing objectives are promoted at all times and to ensure compliance with the conditions attached to the licence.
Door supervision shall be provided on any day the premises operate beyond 00:00 hours. They shall be on duty from 19:00 hours and shall remain on duty until the premises are closed and all customers have dispersed.
The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. make and retain clear images; c. show an accurate date and time that the images were made; d. All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and the days and the original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person; e. The original, or a copy, of CCTV images shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software; f. no alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason; and g. A member of staff, conversant with the CCTV system, shall be on duty at all times the premiss are open to the public.
An incident log book will be maintained by the premises, a version of which shall be kept in English, that details incidents of notes that occur in the premises. This shall include disorder and ejections as a minimum. The log book shall be kept on the premises and be available for inspection at all times the premises is open and management shall regularly check the book to ensure all staff are using it.
The age verification scheme operated at the premises shall be Challenge
The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. This means that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
The only forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a. Proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. Passport; c. Photo driving licence; or d. Other form of ID as agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority
Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrances/and inside at the premises bar servery area.
A challenge book or other form of record, a version of which shall be kept in English, shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme shall be recorded. A copy shall be made available for inspection by any police or community support officer or authorised person upon demand.
The Premises Licence holder shall draw up and implement a premises specific drugs policy. The policy shall be reviewed as necessary but at least annually. A record shall be kept of the date that a review of the policy is made.
The premises licence holder shall draw up and implement a dispersal policy anytime the premises operate beyond 00:00 hours.
