  1. The restaurant shall have CCTV installed which records 24 hours a day.
  2. All staff will be trained on the sale of alcohol and shall be aware of the “Ask for Angela” Campaign. They shall not serve a customer who is inebriated.
  3. There shall be adequate outdoor lighting. Emergency lighting and fire alarms shall be installed on the premises.
  4. Customers will be warned of the closing time to ensure they have time to finish their drinks before leaving.
  5. There will be an order cut off time to ensure that customers have sufficient time to finish their meals before closing time.
