The Committee will employ the local Police Authority to prevent and uphold the law against any individuals committing any form of crime or public disorder. This will be done in conjunction with the Health and Safety Steward/Chairman or Senior Field Steward.
The Committee will employ the local Police Authority to ensure there is no unreasonable behaviour that could endanger the safety of the general public on the Show Field in conjunction with the Health and Safety Steward/Chairman or Senior Field Steward.
The Committee will employ the local Police Authority to prevent and uphold the law against any form of public nuisance that could endanger the safety of the general public.
The Police shall periodically walk around the Show Ground and announcements shall be made on a regular basis informing children and their parents of the Lost Children’s Tent which is situated within the Secretary’s Tent and is suitably signed. All stewards are aware of this situation.
The Health and Safety Policy (submitted with the licence application) will be adhered to.
