- The restaurant shall have CCTV installed which records 24 hours a day.
- All staff will be trained on the sale of alcohol and shall be aware of the “Ask for Angela” Campaign. They shall not serve a customer who is inebriated.
- There shall be adequate outdoor lighting. Emergency lighting and fire alarms shall be installed on the premises.
- Customers will be warned of the closing time to ensure they have time to finish their drinks before leaving.
- There will be an order cut off time to ensure that customers have sufficient time to finish their meals before closing time.
