B&B: Alcohol sales and late night refreshment to 0200 hours for paying guests of the B&B only. All music live and recorded to cease at 0000 hours.
Barn: All licensable activities to cease at 0000 hours.
Outside area: All licensable activities to cease at 2300 hours.
All persons under 18 to be supervised by a responsible adult.
All events to be risk assessed, risk assessment to include consideration for SIA registered door supervisors.
For any event that is not considered to be a celebration (wedding, christening, etc.) an event management plan is to be submitted for review and consultation to the relevant authorities at least 12 weeks prior to the start of the event.
We will exercise due diligence to ensure all staff and guests are aware of the requirements of the premises license.
We will not serve intoxicated people and not tolerate disorderly behaviour or any criminal activity.
We will follow all relevant regulations that ensure public safety making sure we do as much as we can to minimise public nuisance.
We will ensure we are, and encourage others, to be considerate to children that may stay at the B&B or come to events.
The terms of our license will be displayed at our premises.
We will make it clear that we do not sell to under-age people by displaying the Challenge 25 signs and observe due diligence in ensuring it is implemented.
We will enforce a strong no drugs policy; displaying signs highlighting our zero tolerance.
We will exercise due diligence while observing all relevant regulations that ensure the safety of the public.
We will ensure that statutory checks on equipment etc. are carried out as required.
The premises is approximately 450metres from its closest neighbour however we will still minimise noise by keeping windows and doors closed as much as possible and keep music inside after 11pm.
We will provide parking to ensure people do not use the road or peoples driveways.
We will provide taxi and minibus phone numbers to ensure everyone not staying on site leaves safely and quietly.
Due diligence will also be observed to protect children from strong language and alcohol and no drug taking, gambling, adult entertainment or violence will be tolerated on the premises.
