We are committed to being a responsible operator, maintaining a positive relationship with local residents and businesses.
We will make contact information available to local authorities and residents to raise any concerns.
We will review and update staff training annually or as regulations change.
We are happy to adopt any further conditions suggested by responsible authorities to promote the licensing objectives.
CCTV will be installed covering all internal areas where alcohol is displayed, and external entry/exit points. CCTV footage will be retained for a minimum of 28days and made available to responsible authorities on request.
All staff will be trained in responsible alcohol retailing, conflict management, and identifying sign of intoxication.
A refusals log will be maintained for any alcohol sales refused, including reasons and staff involved.
Staff will monitor customer behaviour and refuse service to anyone displaying signs of intoxication or disorderly conduct.
A fire risk assessment will be maintained, with appropriate fire detection and emergency lighting installed
Exits will be clearly market and kept free of obstruction at all times
Staff will receive training in fire safety and first aid, with at least one trained first aider on site during opening hours
Capacity will be limited and monitored during events to prevent overcrowding.
A documented incident log will be kept for any accidents or safety - related issues.
Signage will be displayed requesting customers to leave quietly and respect neighbours.
Noise from live or recorded music will be kept to background level during regular trading, with any live music events ending by 09:30 to minimise impact on neighbours.
Doors and windows will be kept closed during any live music.
Waste and bottle disposal will be conducted at reasonable hours to avoid noise disturbance.
Deliveries will be scheduled to avoid early morning or late - night disturbance to residents
A Challenge 25 policy will be implemented and strictly enforced.
All staff will be trained in age verification procedures and the use of approved ID checks (passport, driving licence, PASS cards)
Alcohol will not be displayed in an area that attracts unsupervised minors.
No Unaccompanied Children under 16 will be permitted on the premises
Any events held will be age-appropriate and not specifically targeted at children
