Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The following non standard timings shall apply in respect of the licensable activities applicable: For Statutory bank holiday weekend periods (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and for the Thursday before Good Friday and for Christmas Eve, the finish time will be extended by one hour beyond these times. On occasions of local, national or international significance or for charitable events, the finish time will be extended by one hour, with seven days notice and agreement with the police. On St. David's Day, St. Patrick's Day, St. George's Day and St. Andrew's Day, the finish time will be extended by one hour, with seven days notice and agreement with the Police. For sale of alcohol and all regulated entertainments: from 10.00hrs on New Year's Eve until 02.00hrs on 1st January. The premises shall close 30 minutes after the end of non-standard timings above. The playing of recorded music is permitted 24 hours a day.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs shall be enforced at all times. If a disc jockey is used on any night then he/she shall ask customers to leave quietly. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality and in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition at the public entrances to the premises. Cameras shall encompass all points of public ingress and egress to the premises and provide comprehensive coverage of all areas where the sale, supply or consumption of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. The licence holder shall take reasonable steps to ensure prompt repairs are carried out as and when required. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. No open vessels, glasses, bottles or alcohol containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area as indicated on the deposited plan or any outside seating area. All instances of crime and disorder shall be reported to the police and will be kept in an incident log book. Free drinking water shall be available at all times. Additional patrols shall take place by members of staff, internally and externally, to limit any noise pollution when entertainment is being offered within the premises. If appropriate, notices shall be displayed asking customers to respect the premise’s neighbours when leaving the premises. Where already used text/radio pagers shall continue to be used for the additional hours of trading and will be monitored by a responsible member of staff.
