Licence conditions (20)

General Conditions
The Club will ensure that the facilities and activities will be limited to Members, member’s guests, visiting golfers, pre-booked private functions and charitable fund raising events.
The club will be managed in accordance with the Club’s Constitution. Crime and Disorder
The Club will provide/install and maintain CCTV equipment at the premises in full working order. All recordings will be retained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on demand.
The Club will ensure that the burglar alarm is maintained in good working order.
The Club will ensure that all stocks of alcohol are kept secure at all times.
The Club will ensure that outside lighting is provided and used during the hours of darkness when any form of licensable activity is taking place.
The Club will ensure that drinks are not served to customers for consumption from glass bottles. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British Standard an at intervals recommended in national guidance, and will keep the records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request:  Fire alarm systems
The Licensee will ensure that all staff undergo fire safety training and understand what actions are to be taken in an emergency. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that when the premises is hired out for private functions a named responsible person is present throughout the duration of the event, overseeing safe and orderly behaviour.
The Licensee will ensure that adequate waste bins are provided, and emptied on a regular basis.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.
The permitted entertainment outdoors shall finish no later than 23:00 hours on any night of the week. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that visiting children are under adult supervision at all times they are on the licensed premises.
The Licensee will ensure that junior members are under the supervision of bar staff whilst in the Clubhouse.
The Licensee will ensure that junior members are prohibited from playing the gaming machine which is under the supervision of the bar staff.
The Licensee will ensure that procedures are in place to prevent alcohol being served to junior members.
The Licensee will ensure that the bar area is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons when not in use.
