All staff will receive training so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives with attention to: No selling of alcohol to underage people No drunk and disorderly behaviour in the premises area Vigilance in preventing the use of illegal drugs at the retail area No violent and antisocial behaviour No harm to children
Staff training records will be kept at the premises, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to an officer of the local authority and or the Police. Prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
Toilets and out of the way areas will be checked regularly and monitored for any drug abuse.
The licence holder shall keep and maintain a refusals register on the premises which will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. Public safety
The Licence Holder shall ensure that there is a fire risk assessment and adherence of fire limits including checking and maintaining the smoke alarms and other fire safety equipment.
There will be full adherence with EHO & food safety.

The licence holder shall display clear and legible notices requesting patrons to respect nearby residents and leave the premises quietly.
The bottle skips shall only be emptied during daytime hours. Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
All children under 16 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult
The DPS will ensure a safe environment for children and that they are supervised by an adult.
