Licence conditions (23)

At least one member of staff with a personal licence will be on duty at all times that the premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment/materials will be on site at all times that the premises are open to the public.
A minimum of at least one member of staff trained in First Aid will be on duty.
All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be trained in the "Challenge 25" Scheme and such training will be recorded.
The only proof of age that will be accepted by staff will be a photographic driving licence, a passport or a 'PASS' marked proof of age card.
CCTV installed and maintained. To be recording at all times, and images retained as long as possible. with a target of 30 days minimum.
The Police or local Authority Officer will be provided with a copy of CCTV, upon request in the case of a serious incident occurring.
Signage and posters regarding drug use and our zero tolerance to be displayed in all relevant areas.
Management and staff aware of rules regarding intoxicated persons not being served alcohol.
Health and Safety Risk Assessment
We already take part in a compliance scheme that ensures the standards of all systems and equipment are fit and safe for use in a public environment (Gas, Electric, Hygiene Equipment)
Signs placed internally, externally and in Car Park area requesting that Customers/visitors on site respect neighbours and leave quietly.
Customers encouraged not to drink outside as it gets later.
All children to be accompanied by responsible adults at all times and signage to reinforce this policy
Children to vacate premises by 9.00pm each evening.
No showing of adult themed videos/film/images before 9pm
No playing of explicit lyrical music before 9pm.
Children not allowed in garden unsupervised.
During live music performances, all doors and windows to be closed
Music outside will be limited to occasional charity fundraisers and be finished by 20.00.
No more than 10 live music performances during any 4 week consecutive period
No smoking or drinking outside the front of the building after 23.00 Sunday - Friday and 23.30 on Saturday
No drinking outside the rear of the building, same hours as above but smoking will be permitted at the rear of the building.
