Licence conditions (20)

The premises will operate a Think 25 policy and colleagues will be trained in this.
Staff training will be recorded and will be made available to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards Officer within a reasonable time.
The forms of identification acceptable will be photographic graphic driving licence or a 'PASS' approved identification card passport and any other ID approved by the Home Office.
Checkouts will be programmed to prompt the colleague when an alcohol product is scanned at the till to follow the Think/Challenge 25 policy.
Colleagues will receive training in relation to age restricted sales training on induction and then refresher training twice a year.
CCTV is to be installed at the premises and will cover the entrance, the point of sale and other public areas of the licensed premises.
All CCTV cameras and recording equipment to be maintained, kept in good working order.
Any recording made via the use of the CCTV will be retained and stored for a minimum of 30 days and made available to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or any Trading Standards Officer on reasonable request.
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
At least two Personal Licence holders based at the premises, unless exceptional circumstances arise providing cover daily and during the majority of hours when alcohol is on sale.
The Designated Premises Supervisor will be exclusively based at the premises.
A written refusals book will be kept at the premises and all staff fully trained in its use. The book will be bound and clearly marked. CCTV is to be installed in agreement with the Police and will cover all exits and entrances, the point of sale and any other public areas of the licensed premises. It will also cover the public car park area adjacent to the licensed premises.
All CCTV cameras and recording equipment, including video tapes if used are to be well maintained, kept in good working order and are to be subject to regular testing and inspection, which will be auditable.
Any recording made via the use of the CCTV will be retained and stored for a minimum of 30 days and made available to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or any Trading Standards Officer on request or in any case, within 48 hours of a request being made.
All staff at the premises will be trained in the 'Challenge 21' Policy.
