Licence conditions (22)

CCTV shall be installed on the licensed premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. CCTV to cover the internal licensable area and smoking areas. CCTV shall provide clear images of people entering and exiting the licensable area. The management shall provide copies of the CCTV at the request of Police or other authorised licensing authority within 48 hours. All CCTV footage to be retained for a minimum of 31 day.
When events which involve licensable activity take place in the open air and are to be attended by 500 people or more, an accredited Event Safety Officer, or an Event Safety Officer who is experienced in similar licensed events, shall be responsible for event safety within the Event Management Plan and shall be present for the operational phase of the event.

When events which involve licensable activity, (other than classic car show events) are to be attended by 500 people or more, there shall be a minimum of 4 SIA door supervisors on duty.
There shall be a further 1 SIA door supervisor for every 200 attendees, unless the Event Safety Officer records in the Event Management Plan's risk assessment (with rationale) an alternative number of additional SIA.
Stewards and/or SIA security staff will be provided for outside events
A register of door supervisors employed will be maintained. This register will record their name, SIA Door Supervisor Licence number, contact details and be signed by the head of security.
The Event Management Plan shall be submitted to the responsible authorities no less than two months prior to an event and any changes requested be made prior to the event.
The Premises Licence Holder shall conduct event management planning for events of less than 500 persons when regulated entertainment takes place.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: • All crimes reported at the venue. • All ejections of patrons • Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder. • All drugs seized or found. • Any incidents of disorder • Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy, where CCTV is in operation in the outside areas. • Persons banned from the premises.
The Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts shall be complied with, and monitoring shall be undertaken by a competent person in Acoustics and Noise Control. The results shall be provided to Environmental Health no later than a week after the event. The total number of musical entertainment events a year shall be restricted to 4.

WRFC will maintain and act in accordance with its Safeguarding Policy.
WRFC will ensure that staff are aware of and will carry out age verification procedures utilising the 'Challenge 25' policy. 'Challenge 25' policy will be operated by the bar staff
Any person who is intoxicated or causing any form of disorder will be refused service and may be ejected from the premises.

For outside events, first aid staff will be on-site.

a) In order to reduce noise pollution all windows and doors shall be closed at 23.00 hours including food preparation area, except for the purposes of ingress and egress. b) Notices shall be displayed at all exits and in the car park requesting customers to leave the premises quietly. This message to be reinforced by the Designated Premises Supervisor or Duty Manager. c) When children under the age of 16 are present all regulated entertainment shall be of a suitable content. d) The Designated Premises Supervisor Duty Manager shall have responsibility for answering any representations from local residents to the club during opening hours.
