Licence conditions (12)

Children will not be allowed in the area immediately adjacent to the bar servery.
When children are allowed upon the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises will be suitable for young persons.
Children will be required to be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times.
A no smoking area will be provided.
CCTV shall be installed on the premises. The CCTV recordings will be date and time stamped, and regularly checked that to ensure that it is showing correct date and time information. The CCTV will cover internal public areas, the garden, the front of the premises, car park, smoking area, outdoor seated area, and the entrance doorway. The CCTV shall provide images of good quality in all lighting conditions and shall capture frontal images of people entering the premises. The premises licence holder must ensure the CCTV is in good order and regularly maintained and that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised officer within an agreed timeframe and in line with data protection laws. CCTV footage must be retained for a minimum of 14 days.
The DPS/Manager shall ensure the CCTV recording system is checked daily to ensure it is operating correctly and any faults are to be recorded in a logbook with the date and time an engineer has been called to repair the fault. The logbook shall be made available to inspection by a police officer or an authorised officer on request.
On a Friday, Saturday, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, there shall be a minimum of one SIA on duty from 2000hrs until the venue has closed and patrons have dispersed.
When events are taking place at any other time and day, the DPS/manager shall risk assess the requirement for SIA to be on duty and keep a record of that risk assessment, making it available for inspection by surrey police or an authorised officer on request.

Staff training shall be undertaken on staff appointment and updated every 6 months. Training delivered to staff shall be recorded. Training shall cover: ii. The requirements for ID as part of age verification. iii. Dealing with an intoxicated person, or a drug related incident. iv. Dealing with incidents or disorder /disorderly persons v. Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol. vi. Recording of incidents involving crime and/ or disorder vii. Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults viii. Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote x. All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: i. All crimes reported at the venue. ii. Any incidents of disorder
There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS.
