The premises will operate as an online-only alcohol retail business.
The premises shall be used solely for the storage and dispatch of alcohol.
There shall be no public access to the premises and no sales or supply of alcohol shall take place directly from the premises.
Alcohol shall only be sold via secure online payment systems.
The purchaser must provide full delivery address details including postcode at the time of order.
The name on the credit/debit card must correspond with the name of the person placing the order.
Alcohol shall only be delivered to the person named on the order and payment method.
Deliveries shall only be made to a residential or business address and not to any public place.
Alcohol shall not be delivered to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Deliveries shall be refused where fraud is suspected.
A delivery log shall be maintained recording: i. Date and time of delivery ii. Address delivered to iii. Name of recipient iv. Any refused deliveries and reasons v. Delivery records shall be retained for a minimum of 12 months and made available to authorised officers upon request. vi. A refusals log shall be maintained and retained for inspection. vii. A Ring doorbell camera covering the front entrance of the premises shall be installed prior to the commencement of licensable activities.
All delivery drivers shall be aged 18 or over.
Alcohol shall not be left unattended at delivery addresses.
Drivers shall make deliveries in a manner that minimises disturbance and noise to neighbouring properties.
The maximum number of delivery vehicles operating at any one time shall be one.
