Licence conditions (18)

CCTV shall be installed on the licensed premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. CCTV to cover the internal licensable area, outdoor customer, and smoking areas. CCTV shall provide clear images of people entering and exiting the licensable area. There shall be one member of staff during licensable hours, trained to use the CCTV and provide copies at the request of Police or other authorised licensing authority. All CCTV footage to be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
On a Friday and a Saturday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, there shall be a minimum of two door supervisors on duty from 2100hrs, if regulated entertainment takes place.
There shall be no admittance or re admittance after 2300hrs. they will have door stewards in place to ensure that clients are respectful of the neighbouring residents and to ensure the no re-admittance policy is enforced.
The garden use will start at 1000 & cut-off at 23:00 there would be no-one in the garden area after that time.
We will implementing strict measures regards drinking in only areas permitted and definitely not outside of our boundaries. The car park area is not part of the licensable area so there would not be customers drinking in that area.
The Premises Licence Holder will complete a written risk assessment when regulated entertainment is to take place after 2100hrs on any other day to those set out in condition 3 above, on the requirement for SIA door supervisors. The risk assessment shall be made available on request to a representative of a responsible authority.
Staff training shall be recorded and updated every 6 months. Training shall cover:  The licensing objectives.  The requirements for ID as part of age verification.  Dealing with an intoxicated person  Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons  Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premise.  Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol  Recording of incidents  Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults  Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote
 Trained to ensure that all fire escape routes are unobstructed.  Trained to report any suspicion of criminal behaviour to management who will have no hesitation in calling for police assistance if necessary
All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following:  All crimes reported at the venue  All ejections of patrons  Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder  All drugs seized or found  Any incidents of disorder  Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy  Persons banned from the premises
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure a 'Challenge 25'policy is always adopted on the premises. Signage of the 'Challenge 25 'policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
No person under the age of 18 shall be admitted to any part of the premises where entertainment of an adult nature is being provided.
Children are only permitted when accompanied by an adult and for the purposes of partaking of meals and/or non-alcoholic drinks. Patrons under 18 will normally attend only with parents or other responsible adults. If there is any suspicion that patrons under 18 are asking for alcoholic drink, photographic identification showing date of birth will be insisted upon.
The area upstairs is Air conditioned and will ensure windows will not be required to be open.
Rubbish collection will be during normal business hours
Adequate fire extinguishers will be installed, and fire escape drills will be carried out on a regular basis.
Storage for patrons' coats etc. will be in an area easily supervised by staff
Background music will be played only at a low volume, so as not to disturb local businesses and residents.
