A Personal Licence Holder must be on premise at all times and ensure sufficient number of trained staff are on the premises.
The premises must operate with a sufficient number of security guards on the entrance and exit points and around the premises.3. The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram. 4. Drinks must only be served in polycarbonate, plastic or shatterproof glasses.
All customers will be asked to leave quietly and have a regard to our neighbours.6. No more than 8 event days per year are permitted.7. All events must finish at 23.00.8. Noise monitoring will be carried out during the times when live and amplified music is being played.9. In the event that noise complaints are received from neighbouring premises, these will be considered and if justified, appropriate action taken.
