All staff shall be briefed and be aware of their responsibilities and relevant company operating procedures before they commence duty at the premises.2. Any person who appears to be intoxicated or who is behaving in a disorderly manner shall not be allowed entry to the premises.3. An incident log (which may be electronically recorded) shall be kept at the premises for at least six months. The log must record details of the incident, date, time, the staff who dealt with it, the action taken, the outcome, and whether the emergency services were called. The incident log must record incidents in relation to:-(a) all crimes reported to the venue, or by the venue to the Police(b) all ejections of customers(c) any complaints received(d) any incidents of disorder(e) seizures of drugs, offensive weapons, fraudulent ID or other items(f) any faults in the CCTV system, searching equipment or scanning equipment(g) the date and time of the refused alcohol sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale.(h) any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.4. All staff shall be trained in recognising signs of drunkenness, how to refuse service, safeguarding matters, and the premises duty of care. Training shall be regularly refreshed at least annually. Records must be kept of the training and made available on request to an authorised officer of the Police and/or Council.5. The premises shall operate a digital CCTV system which covers all public areas of the licensed premises, and all public entry and exit points. The CCTV cameras must continually record while the premises are open to the public and recording must be kept available and unedited for a minimum of 7 with the date and time stamping. Footage can be played back on a standard personal computer or standard DVD player. Any issues with the CCTV are recorded in the Incident Log Book.
Consideration shall be given to noise nuisance from the premises and external doors and windows must be kept closed (except for ingress and egress) when necessary.2. Prominent, clear, and legible notices are be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.3. The premises and its frontage immediate surrounding area shall be always kept clean and free from litter whilst the premises are open to the public.4. No bottles, glasses or similar items may be disposed of in outside receptacles between 22:30 and 08:00 hours, to minimise disturbance to nearby properties.
The premises shall display prominent signage, at all points of sale, indicating that it is an offence to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for a person under the age of 18. 2. The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an EU/EEA national ID card or similar document, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.3. No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises at any time that adult entertainment is provided at the premises.
