The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.,.
A direct telephone number for the premises management must be prominently displayed where it can be read conveniently from the exterior of the premises by the public. The telephone must be manned at all times the premises is open for licensable activities.2. All windows and external doors to rooms where regulated entertainment is occurring shall be kept closed between 22:30 hours and 00:00 hours, except for the immediate access and egress of persons.3. No live or amplified music to be played in the open air (including temporary structures such as marquees and tents), excluding six events per year between 09:00 and 19:00. Note: Activities such as village fetes are exempt from the Premises Licence. The above condition does not apply to live and recorded music taking place indoors that is audible outside.
