All persons involved in the sale of alcohol who are not the holders of a Personal Licence to sell alcohol will receive initial and regular 12 monthly refresher training by the Designated Premises Supervisor with regards to the law and in relation to the sale of alcohol. Such training will be recorded and up to date training records of all such persons will be maintained at the premises and produced and made available for inspection upon request by a responsible authority.
Visitors to the premises must be approved and accompanied at all times when on site. Entry to the premises will not be given if not approved.
Supply of alcohol is for consumption OFF the premises only and for personal/home consumption. Trade & online sales are dispatched in protective packaging via logistics courier for onward delivery to individual home/business addresses.
All sales will carry a declaration/check box completed by the purchaser prior to the acceptance of any order to declare that the purchaser is over 18 years and that the alcohol is not being purchased on behalf of anyone under the age of 18 years.
