The licence holder shall supply the Food and Safety Team at East Suffolk Council with a Health and Safety Risk Assessment applicable to the event / activity.
All temporary structures will have current sign off certificates and a full drinking water safety plan will be in place.
Wind speed will be monitored and appropriate measures will be taken in the event of wind speeds approaching maximum permitted levels
The activity organiser must ensure that all food outlets are registered with a local authority. Prevention of public nuisance - Protection of children from harm
In the event of a children’s performance, the licence holder shall provide a fully trained, DBS checked chaperone for every 12 children
