General Conditions The Licensee will restrict entry to premise to any new customer(s) after 24:00hrs and will provide signage to this effect. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that the bar manager is available at all times.
The Licensee will ensure that empty bottles and glasses are collected regularly both inside and outside the licensed premises.
The Licensee will request customers to leave the premises quietly.
The Licensee will restrict entry to premise to any new customer(s) after 24:00hrs and will provide signage to this effect. The Licensee will ensure that staff are present on the premises until all customers have left the bar area (including the courtyard). Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that regular risk assessments are undertaken, and that regular health and safety meetings are held.
The Licensee will clearly display a fire evacuation policy on the premises.
The Licensee will ensure that regular fire drills are carried out for staff.
The Licensee will ensure that and external contractor is employed for gas safety and to service the LPG gas appliances used in the kitchen Prevention of Public Nuisance
The performance of live music and dance outdoors and the playing of recorded music from a disco or karaoke outdoors shall take place on no more than 5 occasions in any one calendar year. On such occasions the performance of live music and dance and the playing of recorded music from a disco or karaoke shall finish no later than 23:30hrs.
After 23:00hrs all windows to those parts of the premises used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed when there are performances of live music and dance indoors, and when recorded music from a disco, karaoke or jukebox is being played indoors.
After 23:00hrs all external doors to those parts of the premises used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed, other than for access and egress, when there are performances of live music and dance indoors, and when recorded music from a disco, karaoke or jukebox is being played indoors.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
The external courtyard area at the front of the premises shall not be used after 24:00hrs. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee and/or staff will monitor AWP(s) to ensure non-use by under-18s.
All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
The Licensee will actively encourage children to use the games room provided in the premises.
