All staff will be fully trained and briefed on the laws relating to the sale of alcohol.
Day to day management will be under the control of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
As a precautionary measure evidence of identity is required from anybody who is considered to be under 25 years of age.
The only source of identification which are accepted, to comply with condition 7 above, are passports and new form driving licences (with photographs).
Standing customers/patrons will not be permitted in the restaurant area
