A CCTV capable of providing Images of an evidential standard shall operate throughout all times that the Premises are open to the public with a monitor close to the serving counter. All recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days during which time the Police shall be provided with downloaded images upon reasonable request and without undue delay.
The system will record all times the business is open for Licensable activities and will be regularly maintained. The correct date and time will be marked on all recordings.
A CCTV camera will be located to capture the head and shoulders of all customers entering the store and record to an evidential standard a further 2 cameras will be positioned externally to cover the front of the store.
Spirits will be displayed behind the counter and out of reach of customers.
The Premises shall keep a refusal register and record details of all refusals within this register. This register shall be retained on the premises for a period of 12 months and be produced to any representative from a responsible authority on request.
All staff shall receive alcohol sales training with refresher training undertaken at least annually. The training will be in relation to their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003. Records of staff training shall be kept and retained on the premises for a period of 12 months. Training records will be produced to any representative of a responsible authority upon reasonable request.
Prominently located notices will be displayed requesting customers leaving the store at night do so quietly thereby respecting local residents.
The Premises shall operate a Challenge 25 Policy whereby any individual who appears to be under the age of 25 years of age and unknown to the staff member serving , as a person of over 18 years of age shall be required to produce an approved form of photographic identification such as a photo driving licence, a passport or a PASS accredited proof of age scheme card.
