Licence conditions (9)
  1. During the performance of live music indoors, all doors and windows shall be closed.
  2. The performance of live music is restricted to no more than two performers at any one time.
  3. Recorded music is restricted to 'pre - recorded background music'.
  4. All alcohol will be sold either by or under the authority of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
  5. All staff will be fully trained and briefed on the laws relating to the sale of alcohol.
  6. Day to day management will be under the control of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
  7. As a precautionary measure evidence of identity is required from anybody who is considered to be under 25 years of age.
  8. The only source of identification which are accepted, to comply with condition 7 above, are passports and new form driving licences (with photographs).
  9. Standing customers/patrons will not be permitted in the restaurant area
