The CCTV system, comprising three cameras inside and one outside, to be installed before the sale of alcohol commences, which is fit for purpose.
The CCTV system shall incorporate a recording facility and any recording shall be retained and stored in a suitable and secure manner for a minimum of one calendar month. A system shall be in place to maintain the quality of the recorded mage and a complete audit trail maintained. The system will comply with other essential legislation and all signs as required will be clearly displayed. The system will be maintained and fully operational throughout the hours that the premises are open for any licensable activity. If the premises are using a video recording system, the cassette tapes shall be used on no more than 12 occasions.
The precise position of the cameras may be agreed with the Police form time to time.
Signage will be displayed prominently at the premises explaining 'No Proof of Age – No Sale'.
The Premises Licence Holder will introduce and 'think 21' Policy, whereby any person who appears to be under the ages of 21 years will be required to show a recognised form of identification e.g. proof of age car, passport or photo driving licence.
A 'Refusals' book to be kept and maintained at the premises which will be presented for inspection, upon request, to any authorised officer.
