Conditions carried over from The Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'Club' Licence)
Licence Conditions/Undertakings:
1. The Rules of the St.Albans Snooker Centre Club shall be deposited with the clerk to the licensing Justices.
2. There shall be no change to the rules of the club relating to membership, guests and management of the club without the consent of the Licensing Justices.
3. A list of the names and addresses of all members of the club shall be kept at the club premises and produced on demand for inspection by a police constable.
4. There shall be no application under the authority of this licence for the grant of an occasional licence.
5. The sale of intoxicating Liquor shall be restricted to:
a) Members of the St.Albans snooker centre club who has been a member for 48 hours and their guests.
b) Members of visiting snooker clubs undertakings that no application shall be made for the Licence to be declared final until the Fire Officer's recommendations have been completed with.
