Conditions Added in Order to Promote the Four Licensing Objectives:
General:-
The premises will remain principally a restaurant and food will be available at all times. Alcohol will only be served to customers while seated in the premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
Evening openings only for pre-booked parties. The premises are small (approximately 35 covers are present). Service of alcohol will only be to customers seated in the premises.
Public Safety:-
We will continue to comply with all relevant requirements of Fire and Health and Safety Officers.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance:-
Evening openings only for booked parties. We will continue to monitor the volume of any live or recorded music to avoid disturbance to neighbours and others.
The Protection of Children from Harm:-
The premises are entirely non-smoking. They are designed to attract families and be child friendly. We provide high chairs, changing facilities and games for children.
Live Music:- Indoors only. To provide live music for occasional evening party bookings. Maximum 4 performers.
Recorded Music:- Indoors only. Background music by radio, CD or similar.
Performances of Dance:- Indoors only. Occasional dancing by customers during party bookings.
Provision of Facilities for Making Music:- Indoors only. Provision of radio, CD or similar or DJ desek for playing recorded music.
Provision of Facilities for Dancing:- Indoors only. Availability of small dance area within the premises.
Conditions Added After a Hearing:
Live music, performances of dance, provision of facilities for making music, provision of facilities for dancing are granted from the start of the private function and to end by 00.00 hours Monday to Saturday and 23.00 hours on Sunday.
As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 50.
The maximum number of private functions must not exceed 52 in any 1 calendar year.
No drinks to be taken outside of the building.
Suitable and conspicuous notices to be displayed at all entrances and exits in appropriate places reminding patrons it is a residential area and to leave quietly.
