General
Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his or her meal.
Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The sale of alcohol will be on the premises only and no bottles will be carried from the premises.
It is not intended to make use of any special drink promotions likely to encourage binge drinking or drunkenness.
CCTV will be installed and maintained with recording times as required by the police or other appropriate authority.
The premises are to be used as a licensed restaurant and no special steps are considered necessary for the prevention of crime and disorder except as above.
Public Safety
All electrical equipment and electrical circuits at the premises are to be regularly checked by a qualified electrician and any remedial work considered necessary as a result of such inspection will be carried out promptly.
Adequate firefighting equipment will be available and maintained in good working order. staff will be
given adequate training as to the operation of such equipment.
proper steps will be taken to ensure that the numbers of persons using the premises at any time are within safe capacities.
Clear accessways will be maintained at all times to afford adequate means of escape from the premises in
the event of fire or other accident.
A comprehensive risk assessment will be carried out by the applicant in respect of the premises and any necessary measures in addition to the above will be put in place.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Patrons will be requested to exit the premises quietly and not to cause annoyance to occupiers of neighbouring premises.
Contact numbers for taxis and minicabs will always be readily available.
No disposal of glass waste between 21:00 hours and 09:00 hours the following day. All substantial deliveries to the premises will be made during daylight hours.
Except as above and bearing in mind the proposed use of the premises as a restaurant, no special measures are considered necessary for the prevention of public nuisance.
The Protection of Children from harm
No children as defined in the licensing act 2003 will be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Suitable and recognised documents for proof of age will be required if there is any
doubt as to the age of persons attempting to purchase alcohol.
