- The prevention of public nuisance:
- · The premises have operated as a Licensed Restaurant for many years without any complaint of nuisance. The staff supervise customers on leaving the premises.
- The protection of children from harm:
- · No unsupervised children under 16 allowed on the premises. Proof of age policy requiring production of photo driving licence or passport to ensure alcohol not sold to under 18s.
