  7. · All areas used by customers are under supervision by staff. This is a relatively small restaurant with a maximum of 45 covers and the nature of the use makes it unlikely that customers will be disorderly.Public safety:· We comply with Fire Officer's and other Health and Safety requirements.
  8. The prevention of public nuisance:
  9. · The premises have operated as a Licensed Restaurant for many years without any complaint of nuisance. The staff supervise customers on leaving the premises.
  10. The protection of children from harm:
  11. · No unsupervised children under 16 allowed on the premises. Proof of age policy requiring production of photo driving licence or passport to ensure alcohol not sold to under 18s.

  14. · As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 50.
