Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'on' Licence) and Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (Public Entertainment Licence) and Theatres Act 1968 (Public Performance of Plays Licence)
Conditions carried over from the Licensing Act 1964 (On Licence):
1. On sales to be confined to members of staff common room, their guests and persons attending bona fide functions in the staff common room and off safes to be confined to staff common room members only.
2. There shall be no applications for any occasional licences unless they are for functions to be held on premises of St Albans School.
Conditions carried over from the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982:
1. This Licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the above Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
2. The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
3. The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed:

4. Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Council, even without prior notice.
5. The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainment (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
