The Prevention of Crime and Disorder: 1. As (a) St Albans business against crime radio held at desk. 2. Refusals Book: The licensee shall keep a register of refused sales (Refusals Book). The refusals book shall contain details of time and date, description of the attempting purchaser, reason why the sale was refused and the name/signature of the sales person refusing the sale.
3. The Refusals book shall be examined on a regular basis by the Licensee with the date and time of each examination to be endorsed in the book. The Refusals Book shall be made available for inspection by the appropriate authority/officer.
4. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that an "Incident register" in which full details of all relevant incidents are recorded. This shall be completed as soon as possible and in any case no later than the close of business on the day following of the incident. The time and date when the report was completed, and by whom, is to form part of the entry. The register shall be made available for inspection by the appropriate authority/officer. Public Safety: As (a) and (b) 1. Risk assessments will be conducted to determine the adequate measures in order to maintain and promote the licensing objectives.
2. A clear notice shall be displayed at every exit from the premises to instruct customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly. A direct telephone number for the duty manager at the premises shall be publicly available at all times the premises is open. This telephone number is to be made available to residents and businesses in the vicinity.
The Prevention and public nuisance: 1. Acoustic/sound engineer's recommendation observed and sound proofing exceeds recommended minimums. Noise limiters on each sound system premises will be swept & cleaned inside & out after closure. Bottles & litter removed from outside of premises daily. 2. Risk assessments will be conducted to determine the adequate measures in order to maintain and promote the licensing objectives.
The Protection of Children from Harm: 1. No Children to be admitted. Strict ID checks on entry. Club ID vista scanner. Entry by original passport/ Driving Licence only. Front door entry only. 2.
