  31. · No external loudspeaker systems shall be installed without the prior approval in writing of the Environment and Health Department.
  32. · Suitable and conspicuous notices shall be displayed at all entrances and exits requesting patrons to make the minimum noise when leaving.· Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all times during the event to authorised Officers of the Council's Environmental Health Team, even without prior notice.
  33. The protection of children from harm:
  34. · No unaccompanied children under the age of 16.
  35. · And all conditions and restrictions as are inherent in the Licensing Act 2003.
