Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. Non Standard timings in respect of LNR as follows: An additional hour to the standard and non standard times on the day when British Summertime begins.
CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order correctly time and date stamped. Recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS or other Responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above in conspicuous positions. There shall be adoption of Challenge 21 (or any greater age that Asda adopts) or similar Proof of Age scheme which is recognised by the Police. The Proof of Age scheme shall be effected by the inspection of a recognised form of photographic identification, eg. passport, photo driving licence, proof of age card or any other of identification agreed with the Police. If the appropriate proof of age is not produced there shall be no sale. Notices shall be prominently displayed advising customers of the Challenge 21 (or similar scheme) Policy. Asda shall seek to comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety Legislation. The store shall have a till prompt system for age restricted products.
