Licence conditions (14)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
Staff training records will be kept at the premises, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to an officer of the local authority and or the Police.
Non-alcoholic beverages will always be available. Prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation.
All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or a police officer on demand. Public safety
The licence holder shall ensure that the allocated outside smoking area is set away from the nearby properties.
The Licence holder shall make sure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises.
The Licence holder shall ensure that an incident log is kept, and all incidents are logged. Prevention of public nuisance
The licence holder shall display signage at the entry and exit doors advising customers to respect residents, leave quietly, not to loiter outside the premises or in the vicinity and to dispose of litter legally.
The volume of any amplification system used for any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties. Regular checks will be carried out outside by staff at the premises.
The licence holder shall ensure that all external windows and doors are kept closed after 23:00 other than for ingress and egress while live and recorded music is being played or performed. Protection of children from harm
The Licence holder shall ensure that no children are allowed on the premises after 18:00.
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 21' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises.
The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be under 21 years of age.
