Minor variation - Proposed variation
To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the revised layout drawing attached to the application, drawing No's 5735/501/A (WMIH STA070) (Ground Floor) and 5735/502/A (WIJ STA070) (Basement and First Floor).
The applicant is not seeking to vary either the hours or licensable activities permitted under the current premises licence and there will be no increase in the area where licensable activities will take place.
Restaurant premises with public toilet facilities on first floor. Small external dining area. Ancillary bar where alcohol can be purchased and consumed without the need for a table meal. Waiter/waitress service will operate throughout the premises for customers seated at tables occupying those tables for sit down meals.
General:
All staff are trained in the appropriate legislation.
The Prevention of crime and disorder:
Advice will be taken from local police in relation to local concerns. All alcohol in the restaurant will be served to tables by waiter/waitress.
Public Safety:
The company is fully away of its responsible in relation to Health & Safety. Risk Assessments will be held periodically.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
There shall be no emptying/ handling or movement of refuse containers or any associated activity likely to cause noise disturbance between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00.
The Protection of children from harm:
Sales of alcohol will not be made to anyone who appears to be underage, or is unable to provide sufficient proof of their age.
