The playing of live or recorded music in garden areas and other external spaces of premises is not permitted save for unamplified brass bands on no more than one occasion per calendar year.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
Mostly functions will be organised as private functions (i.e. weddings) or will be attended by people wishing to be part of an organised and specific event. At all times a representative of the Workington Heritage Group will be present.
The building already conforms to the statutory requirements and the relevant safety procedures are in place.
Risk assessments are made available as required.
The building is isolated from any adjacent buildings by gardens, road or a lane. There is adequate parking on the property. The exits from the buildings lead directly onto Park End Road.
There is already a Child Protection Policy in place.
