Applicant to have on the premises, a person(s) who is trained to access and provide the CCTV footage on request of a responsible partner (e.g. Police, Licensing, Environmental Health)
CCTV to be fitted prior to premises licence being granted.
Applicant will operate a zero-tolerance stance in relation to aggressive behaviour and hate related crime and any incidents are to be reported to the police. Posters/signage to be displayed to advise customers.
Applicant to consider signing up to Shop Watch and/or Business Against Crime Schemes.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note: this may also include reference to vehicles.)
No refuse shall be disposed of from the premises into a receptacle, where such disposal is likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the area of the premises, at any time between 8pm and 8am on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
Filters on fan/ventilation changed regularly to prevent the appearance of various smells that might come from preparing food.
