My staff and I have a great deal of experience as to the licensed trade, and have successfully traded in these premises over the past five years without incident.
We also have full knowledge of the Licensing Act 2003, it's duties and responsibilities
We subscribe to the British Beer and Pub Association's voluntary code of practice as to the 'sale of alcohol and responsible drinks promotions'.

A full fire risk assessment has been carried out and will be constantly monitored
