The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. To display signage at both exits stating "please respect our neighbours and leave quietly".
2. To display a sign in the garden stating "please respect our neighbours whilst using the garden".
3. The garden area is not to be used after 23:00 hours save for smokers using the designated smoking area.
4. No drinks or food to be taken into the garden after 23:00 hours.
5. No regulated entertainment shall take place in any of the outdoor areas.
6. Notices in the outside bar area to state that "the outside bar will close at 22:30 hours and the outside area at 23:00 hours".
