  13. My staff and I have a great deal of experience as to the licensed trade, and have successfully traded in these premises over the past five years without incident.
  14. We also have full knowledge of the Licensing Act 2003, it's duties and responsibilities
  15. We subscribe to the British Beer and Pub Association's voluntary code of practice as to the 'sale of alcohol and responsible drinks promotions'.
  16. The prevention of crime and disorder:
  17. Awareness of the Council policy and liaison with the relevant authorities.
  18. All take away drinks to be in sealed containers.

  20. As this is a small premises care will be taken not to allow over crowding.
  21. A full fire risk assessment has been carried out and will be constantly monitored

  23. No entry or re-entry into the premise after 23.00 on any day of the week
  24. Use of the enclosed external areas will be constantly supervised, monitored and controlled at all times.
