A quality colour CCTV camera system covering all points of entrance and egress sufficient for identification purposes. Cameras located to cover the immediate exterior of the shop, alcohol shelving area and where the alcohol sales takes place. Images must be retained for a minimum period of 31 days and made available to Police upon request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. All incidents of crime and disorder at the premises shall be recorded in an incident book kept at the shop. The incident book must be made available to Police upon request. All refusals for the sale of alcohol will be recorded in a refusals log and records kept for inspection by Merseyside Police and other responsible authorities. All staff will be fully trained in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol and legislation in respect of serving to customers who are drunk. Staff training will be updated on a regular basis. Records of staff training will be made available for inspection by police officers on reasonable request. A Challenge 25 policy must be implemented at the premises. All occasions when a person has been refused must be recorded in writing. A notice shall be placed by the exit requesting customers leave quietly.
