Licence conditions (1)

A Closed Circuit TV System shall be installed and maintained. Images recorded and retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the Police/Local Authority on request. Notices shall be displayed in store stating that it is an offence for under 18s to purchase alcohol. The store shall be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. The store shall be fitted with a burglar alarm. No deliveries shall take place between the hours of 11pm and 6am the following day. All staff shall be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol There shall be a proof of age scheme in place. There shall be an electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned through to remind staff to check the age of purchasers. An ""all due diligence"" refusals book shall be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused
