Where applicable the Licence Holder shall also ensure that such individuals at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the Security Industry Authority.
Non-standard timing are as follows: Sale of Alcohol, Late Night Refreshment, Recorded Music, Live Music on Christmas Eve, Boxing Night and New Years Eve upto 02.00 the following morning, including Friday and Saturday of other Bank Holidays weekends. Opening times for Christmas Eve, Boxing Night and New Years Eve upto 02.30the following morning including Friday and Saturday of other Bank Holidays weekends. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting particularly facial recognition in accordance with Merseyside Police recommendations to be maintained operational throughout the opening times. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and be correctly time and date stamped recordings shall be kept in date order numbered sequentially and kept for a periodof 31 days and handed to police on request. The recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be lept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS/other responsible named individual. Appropriate sighnage representative of the CCTV shall be in conspicuous position. Any doormen employed on the premises shall be registered with the SIA.
