The Licence Holder shall only employ Door Supervisors and Security Attendants registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and must ensure that all Door Supervisors and Security Attendants at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the SIA.
The following Non-standard timings shall apply: On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). On the Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday the hours for the sale of alcohol will extend to 01.00 the following morning. CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing clear quality images and in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all public entrances and exits to the premises, all areas where the sale/supply and consumption of alcohol occurs, and the immediate external frontage of the premises. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and checked every 12 months. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for trade. The recordings shall be kept for a period of 31 days and handed to any responsible officer on reasonable request for evidential request in accordance with relevant Data Protection Legislation. The recording equipment shall be kept under the control of the Premises management. A member of staff shall be trained to be able to download images for evidential purposes whenever licensable activities are being carried out. The requirement for Door supervisors shall be risk assessed as appropriate and cognizance of any advice from Merseyside Police will be taken. A challenge 25 scheme shall be adopted at the premises. Customers who appear to be under 25 years of age will be required to prove their age when purchasing alcohol. Suitable forms of identification will be a passport, pass card or other identification recognised by the licensing authority in its statement of licensing policy. There shall be no unaccompanied under 16's permitted to use the premises after 21.00. All staff will be provided with training in relation to the licensing objectives that are commensurate with their duties. This will include
